General Description

Simple Benefit Solution (SBS) is a solution to support carrier products on individual cases.

Census staff or an authorized case builder will setup and support the specified carrier products based on templates completed by the carrier. SBS supports a broad range of benefit types however there may be case specific limitations to the product functionality.

Home Office Portal (HOP) is a secure online portal for collaborating carriers to manage their products and cases.

HOP enables carrier staff and approved trusted brokers to view/edit case configuration, manage case users, and import/export data through a secure login. HOP allows the deepest level of carrier integration including custom carrier business rules and functionality.

Starting at $30,000 per product, multiproduct discounts + monthly policy fee for active policies on Common Benefits Database.*
